When you order our home plans, you

- Floor pan: (small fee for any
floor plan changes)
- Elevations drawings: Front,
right, rear and left view.
- Material list and structural
drawings of exterior, interior walls and framed
openings (Doors, windows), for field assembly, see
framing technique page.
- Material list and structural
drawings of truss for field assembly, see framing
technique page. Trusses design ready for local
engineering approval.
- "Do it Yourself" manual and CD
for steel frame home assembly.
- Technical advise ( by telephone)
on the assembly of your new home.
